    Supported input and output

    Input: JPG/JPEG, PNG, WebP and Apple HEIC/HEIF. Output: JPG, PNG or WebP; HEIC/HEIF becomes JPG when keeping format.

    Available memory depends on your device and browser. Close other tabs before processing a large document, keep the device awake, and test the downloaded result before deleting the original.

    Known limitations

    • PNG may become larger when its dimensions are unchanged.
    • Converting transparency to JPG requires a solid background.
    • HEIC/HEIF decoding needs additional browser memory; very large photos are best processed in smaller batches.

    Are my images uploaded?

    No. Image bytes are decoded and encoded in this browser tab.

    Why is a result larger?

    Lossless PNG and format conversion can add bytes. Keep the original when the result is not useful.
